## What this site is

- Every legacy ldsroots.com address (any of the six historical hosts, any URL family the domain ever served) resolves to a new page that states exactly what public evidence survives for that identity: a name and OGFN from the address, a link to the best Internet Archive capture, and — for verified, enriched records — vital facts and parent edges recovered from captures inside the 2001–2006 fact window.
- One page per OGFN (OneGreatFamily's numeric person identifier), permanently. "Possibly the same person" links are annotations, never merges or redirects.
- Facts are recovered, expression is new: facts are not copyrightable (Feist v. Rural, 1991); no OneGreatFamily text, layout, imagery or metadata is reproduced; every sentence is written by this project; provenance links out to web.archive.org and credits the Internet Archive.
- Where a person may be living, vital details are withheld everywhere the identity appears.

- T4 — name records from dash-format pages (no OGFN)
- T5 — citation-evidenced: attested only by an external citation of an ldsroots.com address; also rendered on the fly for well-formed addresses that were never archived
